Introduction

The Nationale Bond is a union organization that supports over 350 local first aid clubs with about 15.000 individual members. Our application allows all first-aid clubs to manage and update their respective data easily and quickly.

What makes 'Ledenadministratie' unique?

We used to process all changes in personal details manually. Now we have a web-based administration system that allows all first aid clubs to easily keep all data up-to-date. In addition, we now have a mobile app that allows our members to subscribe to first-aid trainings and check the latest news & events.

Why not a ready-made solution?

Most existing ready-made applications were either not flexible enough to support our organizational structure (an union with member clubs) or were too expensive.

Start using it right away!

Our member clubs all work with volunteers. It is getting harder every year to find people who want to invest time to keep the clubs running. It is very important that we support our volunteers, so they don't waste time on administrative matters.

By actively using the application our records would be up-to-date and we can efficiently serve our member clubs appropriately.

What was Webbit21's involvement?

Webbit21 arranged for us to get a very generous (charity) license contract together with WEM No-Code. They also took into account that we are a volunteer organization and provided their services for the most part as charity.

They migrated our outdated system to a modern and future-proof web application. Webbit21 also developed a mobile app using Thunkable that fully integrates with the web application.

We are very happy with their approach and the speed of delivery. They implement new features promptly and helped us achieve several digitization milestones within a short period.
